Question to the group... Is there a way to download and save Picasa videos to local HDD?

Using Chrome and IE and both seem to not have the option to download or save?

Google searches are indicating that there it is not possible to download videos from Picasa.. I have a feeling there is a way or a recommended add in to do so.

A trick;
Use the RSS feed on a folder, add &imgdl=1 at the url, and download using getthemall (a firefox addon)

There is nothing easier. I use Maxthon Browser http://maxthon.comwith built-in resource sniffer
