Cam searching help

Any experienced member in cam searching ? Port 37777 and 8000 only. Need help in creating nesca login/pass  .txt file for 8000 and maybe some advice in choosing IP range to scan.. Some scripts or good .xml somewhere maybe ? Thanks in advance.
